课程简介: Quantum oscillations of magnetization and resistivity with the magnetic field are of a great experimental and theoretical value providing reliable and detailed Fermi-surfaces. Specifically interest in the oscillations in almost two-dimensional (2D) Fermi-liquids has recently gone through a vigorous revival due to experimental discoveries of magneto-oscillations in a few high-temperature cuprate superconductors. Another interesting application of the quantum oscillation is in the field of quasi one dimensional nanowires. In my talk I review experimental outcome of De Haas van Alphen and Shubnikov-De Haas effects and theoretical results obtained in our group.
