| 课程简介: | The lecture deals with the legal problems of Human Rights in the digital era. Based on the analysis of the case law of the Court of Justice of the EU, the impact on the digital age is visible, especially through the emphasized data protection and the right to privacy. Do we have “right to be forgotten” and is the transfer of data of Facebook users to the US allowed? In the future, there will be important questions regarding the role of judges and robots. Will the robot adjudicate in litigation before courts? Will the robot take over the role of a judge as a human being? |
