生物医学信号的人工分析有许多局限性和主观性。因此,对这些信号进行计算机分析是必不可少的,因为它可以提供准确的诊断和定量的测量。因此,本课程提出处理生物医学讯号的方法。本课程将讨论生物医学信号处理的基本和当前的方法。生物医学信号处理的主题包括:傅里叶分析,傅里叶变换,数据采集,数字滤波器设计和离散傅里叶变换。此外,还介绍了目前生物医学信号处理技术的几种方法:瞬时能量与频率、短时傅立叶变换小波变换和时频分析。
课程简介:  Manual analyses of biomedical signals has many limitations and very subjective. Therefore, computer analysis of these signals is essential since it can provide accurate diagnosis as well as quantitative measurement. Hence, this course presents methods of processing the biomedical signals. The course will discuss the fundamental and current approach of biomedical signal processing. Among biomedical signal processing topics covered in this course are: Fourier analysis, Fourier transform, data acquisition, digital filter design and discrete Fourier transform. Furthermore, few current approaches on biomedical signal processing techniques were also introduced: instantaneous energy and frequency, short-time Fourier transform wavelet transform and time-frequency analysis.
