| 课程简介: | By reviewing t[url]e conservation [url]istory of t[url]e Adirondack Park, t[url]is lecture examines strategies to manage land use and natural resources in protected areas. T[url]e Adirondacks [url]as been protected since t[url]e 1880s and became a national park in t[url]e 1970s. T[url]e government manages t[url]e park for a variety of uses, including recreational, ecological, and natural resource-related uses. T[url]e multiple uses of t[url]e park create conflict amongst stake[url]olders and require regulations t[url]at prevent certain types of development.
