| 课程简介: | This topic is about building, running and growing organizations. The theme has four core themes: how to analyze and think about how to design the organizational system, how to lead, especially the founder, plays a crucial role in shaping the organizational culture, what really needs to be done to build a successful organization in the long run and who can improve the possibility of personal success. There is no survey on entrepreneurs or leaders; the topics involve organizational structure, group behavior and performance, interpersonal influence, leadership and the setting principles of encouraging entrepreneurship. Through a series of cases, lectures, reading and practice, we can cultivate students' organizational design, human resource management, leadership and organizational behavior ability in the context of a new, small business. |
