| 课程简介: | Enterprise is represented by the: - organizational structures - operational structures - information structures - knoweldge workers. At the same time, knowledge assets (we generate, use, promote), business processes and outputs (products, services) also compose the enterprise. Since enormous amount of technologies is available, it is hard to see what is good for the company.User roles become redefined because of knowledge. Problems: - in the past we have been ommiting dynamic processes - technologies should be better utilized (mapping does not exist) - impact on the organizational processes. Videolecture also discusses the Collaboration and Collabotative technologies (formal/informal, inter-enterprise/intra-enterprise), Context levels, Knowledge construct, Knowledge processess and business processess at the enterprise level. |
