The reduction of substance (PA) generated in public administration documents is a key contribution. Information and communication technology can provide the availability of correct and accurate model services for administrative procedures in Pennsylvania. Modernization and specific "entity" related procedures, such as documents participating in procedures or organizing role performance activities, are an important step. Paper procedures Based on electronic replacement and guidelines and required functions to securely store, manage and retrieve directory definitions within an appropriate filing system generated by the PA. In this paper, we report the modeling of administrative procedures (processes) and their related "entities" (ontologies) in the electronic documents (the company) of Wiki experience. The tools that have been used in the context of a national project are evaluated by experts from several fields in different Italian regions. This experience, together with the report's evaluation, highlights the potential of Using Semantic Wiki tools to model complex domain based processes and ontologies in real environments.
