| 课程简介: | Macromolecules in Biological System Module authored by Elias Narciso Matos. The present module 8 (macromolecules in the biological system) is made up of four units they are: Carbohydrates, Proteins, Lipids, and finally practical activities. Each unit states and analyses the basic knowledge about the structure, nomenclature and synthesis, as well as the chemical and physical macromolecular properties with biological significance. In the practical components, the module offers training on how to handle basic laboratory equipment and/or computer simulated exercises about techniques for synthesizing, separating, purifying and determination of physical constants of the compound. The module has the duration of a total of 120 hours. |
