This unit demonstrates how the processes of analysing, choosing and implementing strategy, rather than being linear and rational as they first appear, are actually inter-related and iterative. Introduce into the mix the four pressures of industry dynamics, globalisation, risk and ethics, and the dynamics of strategy begin to emerge. |
